I'm not sure which would give out first, my knees or my heart! If you are getting breathless or dizzy it is too much for you. Maybe try walking a longer period, running less even though it is only short bursts. 10 kilos in 10 weeks is a pretty high goal to aim for. I am losing weight under doctor and dietician supervision and have lost 6 kilos in 2 months.It does depend on how heavy you are to start with though, as well as other criteria. Good luck with it though. There are some great sites online to help with calorie counting too.
