She only arrived 24 hours ago but has done my washing, all the ironing, stripped beds, cooked dinner last night and prepared dinner with dessert for tonight Also, she is going to look after the smalls so I can go to a tupperware party on my own this afternoon and the Mathilda Market on my own tomorrow morning.
Is there anything more that needs to be said?

Oh you're so lucky!! I lost my mother-in-law after 2 years of marriage & while pregnant with my first, so no idea what she would have been like with my 4 children. My parents & father-in-law are all pretty hands off, we live interstate & just know that our visits are no holiday!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy, you are so incredibly lucky!! Love Posie
That is one amazing mother in law! Enjoy your well deserved 'you' time!
ReplyDeleteAren't you lucky! What a wonderful MIL! Enjoy it while it lasts :)
ReplyDeleteShe sounds fantastic ... mine always wants to be waited on and entertained. Lucky for me she doesn't come to stay often!!
ReplyDeleteNothing more to be said except "THANK YOU" Mothers-in-law. The good ones are gold.
ReplyDeleteHope the market is going beautifully for you this morning as I write this. x
